Ingredients for carrot cake with cream cheese frosting:
- All-Purpose Flour – 3/4 cup (135 gms)
- Whole Wheat flour – 1/4 cup (35 gms)
- Baking powder – 1/2 tsp
- Baking Soda – 1/2 tsp
- Salt -1/4 tsp
- Cinnamon powder – 1/4 tsp
- Nutmeg powder – a pinch
- Sugar – 1/2 cup (110 g)
- Curd – 3/4 cups (200 ml)
- Olive oil – 1/4 cup (60 ml)
- Milk – 2.5 tbsp
- Vanilla essence – 1/2 tsp
- Grated Carrot – 1/2 cup (1 medium)

For the carrot cake cream with cheese frosting recipe first In a bowl, we take 1 cup all-purpose flour (Maida), add ½ tsp baking powder, ½ tsp baking soda, 1 pinch of salt,¼ cup chopped walnuts and mix all of this.
Then in the mix take 3/4 cup grated carrots, ⅔ cup powdered sugar, ½ tsp all spice powder (use equal parts of cinnamon, cardamom, clove and make it powder). Add ½ cup curd, and ¼ cup vegetable oil and mix it.
Add 2 tbsp milk to it. Now the batter is ready.
Take a cake pan and grease it with oil. Pour the batter into the pan. Now, bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius for 30-35 minutes.
In a bowl Take 250 gram softened cream cheese, ¼ cup powdered sugar, and mix it, add ¾ cup sweetened heavy whipping cream, ½ tsp vanilla essence, Add both softened cream and whipping cream.
Cut the cake into 2 layers. Add the cream to the cake. Now the cake is ready.
