Horns up and welcome. We enjoy different kinds of the rightie life and we enjoy making them at home as well. Usually every day we make different types of foods of our choice in our Kitchens. But there are so many items, dishes which we can make, But we are unaware of it. Anyway, we all know about that, cauliflower rice how to make it at home in an easy way. We use cauliflower for so many things. We use it to make pizza bases, hamburger buns, to replace potatoes and we also use it to replace rice. We’ve made several varieties and Now I’m going to show you one special variety that cauliflower rice.
Ingredients for making cauliflower rice
- 1 large cauliflower
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 ½ tbsp chopped garlic
- 3-4 chopped spring onion bulbs
- 7-8 chopped french beans
- 1 chopped medium carrot
- ¼ chopped small red capsicum
- ¼ chopped small yellow capsicum
- ½ tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp water
- Black peppercorns to taste
- 2-3 chopped spring onion greens
- Sliced spring onion greens for garnish
- Salt to taste
Steps to make Cauliflower rice
First cut the cauliflower in florets. Then Take a mixer grinder and add cauliflower florets. Mix it and set aside.
Take a nonstick wok and put on flame.Pour 1 tbsp olive oil.Add 1 ½ tbsp chopped garlics and saute well.then add 3-4 finely cut spring onion bulbs and saute till translucent.Add 7-8 chopped french beans, 1 chopped carrot. Cook it for 1-2 minutes.
Add ¼ chopped red capsicum and ¼ chopped yellow capsicum.Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Now take the cauliflower florets, ½ tbsp soy sauce, black peppercorns, salt as per taste and mix well.
Add 3 tbsp water and mix well.Cover it for 2-3 minutes.
After cooking add 2 tsp vinegar and mix well.Add chopped spring onion greens and take it off the heat.
Now serve it in a bowl and garnish with sliced spring onion greens and enjoy.
