How to make Hemp Milk
It has a slightly nutty flavor and it’s very high in protein. so we’re going to teach you how to make it and it’s really really simple.
now like we said we’re going to use hemp seeds today and we don’t know if you can see these beautiful little hemp seeds in here. We buy them by the five-pound bag and we leave them in the freezer and we’re going to put 1 cup of hemp seeds into the blender.
There we go one cup of hemp seeds in the blender now we have 3 cups of water in here and we’re just going to put 3 cups of water
What we have here is 2 dates that we soaked and We also took the pit out because it’s good to have a little bit of sweetness in the hemp milk. You could also use a little bit of maple syrup or any sweetener like stevia or none at all.
So we’re going to put 2 soaked dates with the pit taken out. we have some raw vanilla powder and these really fun little spoons.
So you’re going to use a dash of vanilla if you like vanilla which we do we’re going to add a little more here. Righty we’re ready that’s all it takes
- 3 cups water
- 2 dates soaked
- 1 cup of hemp seeds dash vanilla ( If desired)
and we are just going to blend this until everything gets smooth. It will take 30-40 seconds to blend it on high.
Now the important part here is this little bag. It’s called a nut milk bag because this is where you’re going to actually pour the nut milk through there and with clean hands we’re just going to gently squeeze this to get all the milk out of here. It will smell delicious.
You can really spend a lot of time squeezing this. we’re not going to go too crazy here so squeeze it till it’s all out of there and then what we’re going to do well first what we’re going to do is pour yourself a glass and try it.
It will taste so yummy that you would love to drink this immediately.

You can use this hemp milk while making the chia seed pudding. We can just drink it alone. If you have fresh blueberries and raspberries and blackberries you can put some of the milk on top of it so there are a lot of different ways to use hemp milk.
You can store your hemp milk with any container so you might double the recipe next time and you can try to use it within two to three days because there are no preservatives in here so you don’t want it to go bad.
