How to make veg Burger

Hello Foodies. We are going to know how to make veg burger and the easiest way to make the veg burger at home. We are trying to make it with the available ingredients at our home and keep the taste the same as you eat outside. So It’s so easy to make with the pan which you have in your kitchen and will take less time. so without wasting your time let’s get into the recipe.

Kindly follow the steps below for making veg burger

and add the ingredients accordingly.

At first, we take a saucepan. Then add 1 tbsp butter,1 tsp oil,1 tsp cumin seeds,2-3 medium-sized grated onions,1-2 nos cut green chilli, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste. Then saute it for 2-3 minutes in medium flame.

Add 1/2 cup capsicum,1/2 cup carrot,1/2 cup french beans. Cook it for 2-3 minutes.

Add 4-5 medium size grated tomatoes, salt to taste,1/4 tsp turmeric powder,1 tbsp red chilli powder,1 tbsp coriander powder,1 tbsp pav bhaji masala,2 tbsp schezwan sauce, 1 tbsp ketchup.Then cook for 4-5 minutes.

Now the mixture is ready. Add 3-4 medium sized potatoes(boiled & mashed).Mash it well with the mixture. Add 1 tbsp fresh coriander.

 Now take burger buns. Top with these mixtures. put some long-cut onion on this. Add some cheese.

Take a fry pan/ tava .Put on flame adding 1 tsp butter. Add 1 pinch pav bhaji masala,1 tsp fresh coriander, Then toast the burger on both sides till coloring brown and red.

Now the veg burger is ready. Serve it with tomato ketchup or any other chutneys.
