- A 1/2 cup of frozen mango chunks,
- 1/4 cup of frozen pineapple chunks,
- Two tablespoons chia seed
- And a 1/2 cup of orange juice.
Process for Sunshine Mango smoothie with chia seeds-
Let’s start by adding in the orange juice, the pineapple chunks, mango chunks.
Now we’re going to blend everything together.
After it’s blended, add in your chia seeds and mix it well.
The combination of the fruits mix together so well, we can smell the orange, and the mango. It’s so mouthwatering.
Now we’re going to add some strawberries on the side of the glass to give it a nice decorative look. We suggest for you to chill your glass if you want the strawberries to stick on better.
Lastly, you want to scoop in your smoothie, if it’s super thick, or just pour it in very slowly.

- 1/2 of frozen strawberries,
- 1/4 cup of frozen raspberries,
- 1/2 cup of almond milk,
- Two tablespoons chia seed,
- And a 1/4 cup of ice.
Steps to make Smoothie with chia seeds-
Let’s start by putting in the ice, followed by the almond milk, the strawberries, raspberries,
and then mix them together. Sometimes the smoothie can turn out super thick, but you can also add in a little extra almond milk.
After blending the ingredients, now add in the chia seeds. You just want to mix your chia seeds, don’t blend it.
For this Pink Princess we’re going to add in slices of bananas on the side of a glass.
It will look so yummy! This is such a delightful combination of berries.

3) Purple Berry Thin smoothie with chia seeds
We call this next delicious monster, The Purple Berry thin smoothie with chia seeds.
- 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries,
- one frozen ripe banana,
- two tablespoons chia seed,
- 1/2 cup of coconut water,
- And a 1/4 cup of ice.
Steps to make Purple Berry thin smoothie with chia seeds-
First add in the ice, your coconut water, followed by the frozen blueberries, then the frozen banana.
And then, blend everything together.
A little tip we would like to use is a spoon when pouring in the liquid, so that it doesn’t pour in too fast, and the fruits will stick better to the side of the glass.
Since this smoothie is a little bit more loose, we’re going to sprinkle the chia seeds on top.
This Purple Berry Thin has a great combination of sweet and tart. The smoothness from the banana, and the tartness from the berry go so hand in hand together.
It will turn out to be so beautiful vibrant purple, and yummy to have.
4) Apple smoothie with chia seeds
If you are looking for something which is both tasty and healthy. Here is the recipe of apple chia seeds smoothie.
Most of the people choose to make this smoothies which is so quick and healthy to start the day.
- An apple
- 1/4 cup of oats
- 7-8 piece almonds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp of flax seeds
- 1/2 tbsp of cinnamon powder
- And 1 cup of milk
Steps to make Apple smoothie with chia seeds
At first cut half an apple and put it into the grinder, Then Add 1 4 cup of roasted oats to it
Cut around 7 to 8 almonds and add them
Then Add 1 teaspoon of chia seeds, 1 teaspoon of flax seeds and half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder
And then add 1 cup of milk
Now grind the mixture into a smoothie
Add two teaspoons of honey, and now grind it once again
Transfer the smoothie into a glass
Now garnish the smoothie with some chopped almonds.
