We would like to make it chocolate by adding a chocolate protein powder. You could use whatever chocolate protein powder you like. And then we would take it to the next level by adding some grades so we took this Vitamineral green, green powder.
so let’s get started with a high-power blender to blend up the frozen bananas. If you have just a regular blender you’ll want to chop them up maybe before you freeze them, so they’ll blend a little easier and then we’ll just start by adding our ingredients in.
so we’ll add in a half cup of non-dairy milk followed by protein powder, green powder, spinach, and then our frozen bananas and the frozen strawberries, and then we’re just going to blend that all up.
It’ll take a minute or two to blend it up to get all the frozen bananas into a nice smooth ice cream-like texture. You will love the texture of this one as you can see there it is all done and from there we take it and scoop it out and put it into these large mugs.
