Hello Foodies. Here we are going to make the best white cake recipe without eggs. The cake we love the most on our birthdays and any event at our home. It will taste so soft and creamy feels like brought from any bakeshop. It also looks so delicious that you can serve it at your family parties and celebrate with your friends too.
Here we will see the complete white cake recipe with step by step procedure. You can make it so easily by following the below steps.
- First, we will take 1/2 cup of yogurt/curd in a bowl.
2. Then add 1/2 cup on sugar to it
3. Add 1/2 tsp of baking powder and 1/4 tsp of baking soda to it.
4. Then mix it very well until the sugar dissolves in it.
Keep it on rest for 5 minutes and after that stir it a little.
Then add 1/4 cup of oil and 1/2 tsp vanilla essence into it. and mix this properly.
Place a shifter on your bowl and add 1 cup of all-purpose flour to it. Shake the shifter, so the flour can get through it properly.
Then Mix it so well without any lumps.
Before pouring into a 6-inch mold, just spray little oil or butter on it and put parchment paper inside it. so that the mixture will be taken out easily later.
After pouring the mixture completely, shake the mold to remove air bubbles as well.
Then place a wire stand inside the pan and preheat the pan for 10 mins on medium-low flame.
After 10 mins place the cake mold inside the preheated pan and cover the pan.
Cook it for 40-50 mins on low flame or bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 40-50 mins. And when it’s done, let it cool down.
After that cut the cake from the sides of this mold to take the cake out from it. And then remove the paper from the lower part.
On the other bowl add 1 cup cold whipping cream and 2 tbsp sugar power with also 1/2 tsp vanilla essence for the flavour.
Mix all of these with a hand blender very well for 2-3 mins.
On the other side cut the cake in to 3 layer and brush sugar syrup on every layer.
And then spread the cream evenly on the cake layer.
Then place the cake pieces on the cream and spread the cream accordingly after brush with sugar syrup on every layer.
Then cover the whole cake with whipping cream completely.
Then its time for the decoration on to it. Decorate with chocolate ganache. Make rows on it at first.
Then with a thin stick cross the rows like the picture below.
And cross in between like this using this stick like on the picture.
Then put the cream on different styles by using cake decorating Piping Bag Tips with steel nozzles around the cake. Then add rainbow sprinkles over it to look more decorative.
Keep the cake in the refrigerator for 1 hour, and Then your cake is ready to serve.
