Hello Foodies, Today’s recipe that we are going to make is a very simple and healthy breakfast for everyone. Yes, The veg sandwich that we all love to eat. But making it on our home with so easy ingredients and less time that we all need. This veg sandwich recipe we are making is the Indian-style sandwich that we are making at home usually. First of all, we need to make the sandwich masala, which we will be filling on the sandwich, and then the making process with using a pan.
Ingredients for Veg Sandwich recipe masala
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds(Zeera)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tbsp. green chilly
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 300 gm Boiled potatoes
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1tsp salt
- 1 tsp Amchur(mango) powder
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 2 tbsp. capsicum
- 3 tbsp. carrot
- Coriander leaves
Making of veg Sandwich recipe Masala
Step-1) To start making the veg sandwich recipe masala, First put a pan on heater, add oil(2 tsp), cumin seeds(1 tsp), chopped onions(1/2 cup) then fry for a little
Step-2) Then add green chilly(1 tbsp), fry a little and add ginger garlic paste to it.
Step-3) Add turmeric(1/2 tsp) and fry a little
Step-4) Add the boiled potato which you have made before. (Its so easy that you boil the potato with hot water and peel it completely and then smash it to make like this)
Step-5) Then add garam masala(1 tsp), salt(1 tsp), Amchur powder( 1 tsp), chili flakes(1 tsp), capsicum(2 tsp), Carrot(3 tsp), an then coriander leaves.
Step-6) Then mix all the ingredients vet well on the pan and then the veg sandwich recipe masala is ready.
Final making of Veg Sandwich recipe
Step-1) Take 2 plain bread and put the tomato chili sauce on it.
Step-2) Then add the sandwich masala that we made before on it and put a bread loaf above another.
Step-3) Then put ghee( 1 tsp) on the pan and place the sandwich on it
Step-4) Fry it for 2 mins on low heat by adding some butter on the above as well, so that both sides of sandwich seems the perfect color.
Step-5) Now the veg Sandwich recipe is ready.
Cut it well with triangle and serve with tomato and chili sauce or chutney.
