Things you should remember while cooking vegan Bisquick pancake
- Do whatever it takes not to overpack the container! I’ve tracked down cooking just 2 or 3 pancakes (for a standard 12″ skillet) at a time makes them cook all the more uniformly and makes them simpler to flip.
- Pancakes are best cooked, at medium-low intensity. This way within cooks uniformly & the outside doesn’t brown excessively. Assuming you have an electric oven with a number scale from 1-10, this will associate with heat setting 3.
- Assuming you love extra fluffy pancakes, add 1 tsp of baking powder to the combination to assist with cushioning them up significantly more.
- Peel a banana, grate it and slice it. Top the pancakes with banana slices, walnuts, maple syrup, or your favorite topping.
- Other toppings are Berries, Apple Curd, Peanut Butter, Whipped Coconut Cream, Sliced Bananas, Powdered Sugar, and Chocolate Sauce.
- If you do not have a non-stick pan, then you can fry the pancakes in a little oil or vegan butter.
- Put the pancakes in a covered dish as they are done and keep them warm in an oven turned on for approx 100 ºC.
- Homemade jams are also a delicious topping for vegan Bisquick pancakes.
- Add 1/4 cup – 1/2 cup of fresh herbs such as rosemary, basil, or chives to the dough, then sprinkle the tops of the biscuits with coarse salt and black pepper before baking.
- Add 1/2 cup of your favorite milk-free shredded cheese to the dough and sprinkle it a little extra on top of the cookies before baking.
- Cut the olives, jalapenos, sun-dried tomatoes, or other small and tasty accents on the dough.
- For a dairy-free “buttermilk” calcium, use coconut milk kefir, soy yogurt, or milk-free sour cream instead of the mixture of soy milk and lemon juice.
